The business family: Business Basic, Business Standard and Business Premium. Microsoft designs them for organizations with up to 300 users, and the 300-seat limit applies across the whole family rather than to each plan. Past that line the enterprise suites are the ones to price.
Seat count and depth. The business plans stop at 300 users. The enterprise suites, E3, E5 and E7, carry no seat cap and add compliance, analytics and identity capability the business plans do not. Frontline, education, government and nonprofit each have their own priced lineup.
The figure on each plan page is Microsoft’s published list price as of the date shown beside it. Ask for a quote and we come back in writing with your user count and term applied.
Yes. The pages here cover the Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, Security, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Azure families. If you need something outside that, ask for a quote and name the product.
